Dr. David Bushart is a Postdoctoral Research Assistant in the Department of Neurology at the University of Michigan. David received his Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience, and later his PhD in Molecular & Integrative Physiology, both from the University of Michigan. David’s current research efforts are focused on understanding the underlying mechanisms of Purkinje neuron dysfunction in the polyglutamine spinocerebellar ataxias.
